Built on real anatomy from the National Library of Medicine's Visible Human Project. Each anatomical structure is true-to-life from cross-sections taken through actual cadavers. Thus, structural relationships and correlations between 3D and cross-sectional anatomy are perfectly maintained.
With the ability to interact with over 2,000 real anatomical structures through identification, dissection, assembly and rotation, the VH Dissector provides an understanding of the complex three-dimensional structure of the human body in ways other resources cannot.
The VH Dissector platform also includes a variety of pre-built content for laboratory, online and hybrid courses. Provided content includes:

* Custom highlight colors allow you to better isolate neighboring structures of the same type such as muscles within compartments.
* Bookmark folders allow you to better organize your bookmarks and create more structured bookmark lessons for distribution to others.
* Preset rotational views allow you to easily jump to common (anterior, posterior, etc.) anatomical views.
* MDM licensing support allows institutions to centrally manage VH Dissector distribution on iOS devices.
